Send and Sign – the DocuSign and iManage integration – enables e-signing to be carried out from within clients’ well known iManage DMS Workspaces, with no need to switch between applications.

Seamlessly integrating digital signing platforms with iManage, Send and Sign launches the e-signing solution with a single right click action, allowing documents to be sent out for signature via email. Signed documents are then automatically returned to the document management system and stored as new versions, keeping database stores compliant, up-to-date and easy to manage.

Tiger Eye Send and Sign is compatible with DocuSign and VirtualSignature.

Tiger Eye Guardian

Tiger Eye Guardian is an effective plug-in for Outlook, which monitors outgoing email messages to assess and validate all iManage document links shared via email. Minimising the risk of human error in collaborative workflows, Guardian analyses all iManage document links (.nrl links) sent via email, alerting users if message recipients are not on the security permissions list for files shared.

If a recipient does not have access to a document link they have been sent, Guardian prompts the email sender to edit/update security access for the document. From the system’s user-friendly interface, users can add email recipients to permissions lists if needed, or send original documents. This reduces time waste in collaborative workflows by cutting out the need for recipients to request access to documents they do not have permission to open.

From a compliance perspective, Guardian protects users and the firm against the risk of accidentally sending incorrect files externally, and ensures that ‘need-to-know’ security measures are maintained via email.

The solution can also be used in conjunction with a range of other email security solutions to provide additional prompts to users and deliver a truly comprehensive security barrier for Outlook.

Tiger Eye Accelerate is a tool for iManage enabling users to view and use their iManage DMS in their native Windows Explorer.

Tiger Eye Accelerate offers users a mirrored view of their iManage system, displayed and accessible in Windows Drive format. This can increase firmwide adoption of new DMS systems and upgrades, by enabling all staff to use the DMS through a known interface.

All Accelerate content can be navigated and engaged with, however all documents, workspaces and matters are virtual and will not use a user’s disk space.

Users can browse, access and edit content using a range of methods. Users can also upload new versions of iManage files with ease, through Tiger Eye Accelerate’s intuitive document management functionality.

Accelerate also enables users to move iManage content outside the DMS and import it easily back into the system using familiar drag and drop functionality.

Tiger Eye Matter Manager

Tiger Eye Matter Manager enables users to set and manage deletion dates for selected matters. This helps users to minimise their live data stores and ensure that only needed data is stored. From a compliance perspective, Matter Manager also ensures matters are not kept past their retention date.

The tool automatically connects to your iManage DMS and finds your preferred library or database, however other databases can be selected via the dropdown menu.

In the matter editor, the user can set deletion dates for the matter using the calendar. Once the deletion date is reached, the matter will be automatically deleted as requested, minimising the user’s live database and ensuring compliance is maintained.

Matter Admins are also able to instantly delete matters using Matter Manager. Those without Admin rights to a matter are not able to use this function.

Tiger Eye Template Manager

Tiger Eye Template Manager is an add-in for Microsoft Word which provides template users and designers with a range of functionality for effective template creation and use.

Template Manager allows users to access their firm’s document templates from within iManage Word, with access available through the Microsoft Word ribbon.

Template Manager Administrators can easily create document templates within Microsoft Word using the system by adding fields for user completion to their chosen document. Administrators can request for fields such as names, dates, and contact information to be filled by the template user. Information can also be drawn from the iManage DMS and pre-populated for users to increase document production efficiency.

Templates can be effectively secured by department or document type, and can be governed by iManage permissions for limited template access.

Tiger Eye GDPR Delete enables users to delete all workspaces, folders and documents from a selected client within iManage. This tool can be useful for database minimization, and for deletions for compliance purposes such as those in-line with data regulations.

GDPR Delete offers a range of customizable deletion requests for database management and compliance purposes. Users can also delete document metadata, and set deletions based on date ranges.

To mitigate the risk of user error, GDPR Delete offers a pre-flight check mode function which enables users to utilize and run the tool without deleting  content.  Using this, the system produces detailed reports on the content found, and highlights the number of misfiled documents. Therefore, this can be useful for analysing content stored in the iManage DMS.

Using a firm’s pre-set iManage permissions,  Tiger Eye Decrypt automatically decrypts emails stored within a given matter or case so that all iManage users with access rights to the store are able to see the email’s contents.

This ensures that email content is always accessible to those who need it, mitigating the risk of decrypted emails being siloed to one point of contact.

Tiger Eye DocUnlocker is a collaboration extension for iManage Work Web which empowers nominated users to unlock, access and edit documents which are marked as ‘checked-out’ in the document management system.

With a simple right-click action, designated users can select ‘Force Unlock’ to gain access to iManage documents that have not been checked back into the system (which would otherwise be inaccessible). With this, DocUnlocker reduces time waste throughout collaborative workflows, by ensuring that documents are always available to those who need them.

Document unlocking permissions are easily granted, controlled, and updated by system administrators via the iManage Control Center (IMCC). As DocUnlocker’s capabilities can be granted on an ad hoc basis, the tool can support teams to maintain productivity if staff become unavailable or leave the firm. Through this, DocUnlocker is also able to reduce pressure on internal IT teams, minimising document access requests by enabling staff to self-serve.

This powerful extension also enables users to bulk unlock multiple documents at once. All forced unlock actions for each document are listed within the document history log, to ensure that a full audit trail is maintained.
