Bates Wells Braithwaite selects Tiger Eye for iManage Support

Tiger Eye have announced today that Bates Wells Braithwaite have chosen to move their iManage Support across to them.

Bates Wells Braithwaite is a central London professional services consultancy (ABS) with over 250 staff, combining a top legal practice with services in impact measurement, outcomes-based planning and strategy, and financial services regulatory compliance. The firm works with a wide range of clients, large and small, across a variety of sectors – from established businesses, charities and social enterprises and public bodies to innovative start-ups and high-profile individuals. They have been recognised by Charity Finance’s annual legal fees survey as leading advisors in the charity sector, advising more large UK charities than any other law firm. The survey also recognised the wide range of pro bono work done by BWB staff.

The move to Tiger Eye follows the appointment of IT Director Chris Simmons last year, former IT Director of Birketts LLP. Chris has a long-standing relationship with  the technical and support team at Tiger Eye, as they installed and continue to support iManage at his former firm.

“Upon my arrival in May 2016, there was a perverse sense of pleasure to find the iManage system wasn’t up to scratch, enabling me to quickly re-engage with Tiger Eye, not only for their iManage expertise but also for the wider knowledge of Visual Files migrations, Knowledge management systems, Mimecast and DocsCorp, all of which are in use at BWB,” Chris Simmons explained.

Dave Wilson comments, “We’re delighted that BWB have moved their iManage support to Tiger Eye.  We’ve met several of the IT team and they’re a great bunch. We’re looking forward to working with them on future projects as well as ensuring they’re getting the level of support they want.”
