A message from Tiger Eye in light of the recent Coronavirus Outbreak

 

Given the potential impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the health, safety and well-being of those around us is at the forefront of our minds – and this of course includes our customers, as well as our staff.

We recognise that as a business, we need to ensure that we have a robust business continuity strategy in place, so that we can continue to deliver our services to our customers in the event of office closure.

Therefore, we have implemented a comprehensive BAU plan, which includes:
• Preventative measures to inhibit the spread of this virus, including the reduction of non-vital onsite client visits.
• Several policies, tools and procedures in place to enable the continuation (or recovery) of vital technology infrastructure and systems.
• A rigid WFH policy, with all business-critical systems and lines of communication available remotely.

We are confident that in the event of government-sanctioned self-isolation, disruption to our services will be minimal.
