A Case Study about the Blueprint User Community by ILTA (The International Legal Technology Association)

We were pleased to feature in ILTA‘s summer edition of Peer to Peer magazine, to discuss the innovative ways we develop, support and evolve Blueprint, our KM application, with feedback and insights offered by our valued clientele.

Dave Wilson, our Managing Director, was pleased to share the Blueprint story and discuss our Continuous Delivery Model to demonstrate how we truly utilise the knowledge shared in our Blueprint User Community sessions to enhance our Knowledge Management solution.

Dave was also able to share insights behind our approach to end user engagement and Design Thinking, commenting “it seems like finally the industry is waking up to the benefits of bringing together end-users and vendors at the ‘crossroads’ of community engagement and technology.”
