Tiger Eye win Best Employers Eastern Region Digital and Technology Award

Tiger Eye, the leading iManage partner for knowledge and technical expertise, have won a regional award for their investment in wellbeing, learning and organisational culture. Competing against East Anglia’s leading technology organisations, Tiger Eye won the award for ‘Best Digital and Technology Employer’ at the Best Employers Eastern Region conference, with the organisation recognised for their dedication and passion towards building a nurturing business environment. At the ceremony, held on the 30^th September, Tiger Eye also received a Platinum accreditation for their forward-thinking wellbeing strategy – the highest accreditation offered by the Best Employers Eastern Region scheme.

The Best Employers Eastern Region programme aims to bring together employers from across the East of England to increase employee engagement and support the region’s economic growth and operating environment. Applicants for the programme partner with the accrediting body to measure staff satisfaction via a range of methods, including an employee survey measuring employee engagement, company culture and values.
