Tiger Eye release latest KM Conversations interview featuring Addleshaw Goddard

Tiger Eye have released the latest video in their ongoing KM Conversations series, featuring an interview with Richard Gaston, Head of Knowledge and Research at Addleshaw Goddard.

Addleshaw Goddard LLP is a leading international law firm, providing a full range of commercial legal services to businesses. Headquartered in London, the firm has over 1,200 lawyers in 14 offices worldwide and was recently ranked the fifth most innovative law firm in Europe by the Financial Times.

The video interview, conducted by Tiger Eye’s Managing Director, Dave Wilson, focuses on Addleshaw Goddard’s current knowledge sharing culture campaign, which incorporates video interviews with the firm’s staff highlighting recent knowledge successes. Within the twenty-minute discussion, Dave and Richard discuss the power of communication to support cultural change. The exchange also covers a range of other key legal knowledge management themes such as client-facing KM, cross-departmental working and measuring the success of knowledge campaigns.

The interview is the latest in Tiger Eye’s KM Conversations series, which focuses on legal Knowledge Management. So far, the series has featured interviews with a range of senior legal KM thought leaders in law firms including leaders at Sidley Austin and Al Tamimi & Co.
