KM Conversations: Exploring KM strategy with Rich Robbins

For this KM Conversations session, we interviewed Rich Robbins, Director of Knowledge Management at Sidley Austin, to learn more about his career, his own perception of knowledge and how he continues to drive change in his role.

During the interview, we explored the following topics:

• How KM can support teams with problem solving
• How Sidley Austin developed their unique knowledge strategy
