I joined Tiger Eye 8 years ago and have since gained much experience with the iManage applications.
Now I am part of the Projects Department, working with clients to deliver a tailored implementation to exceed expectations.
Experience and values:
I started within the Support Department, working with Clients to resolve issues and answer questions on navigating the applications and the configurations.
Becoming the Support Manager, I was able to shape the growing department and training the newest members. I enjoyed sharing my experiences with iManage while continuing to tackle any requests that arrived on the helpdesk.
Moving over to the Projects Department, I was able to bring across my experiences on the most common issues and tackle them from the offset of the implementations.
