Having worked in the Legal IT industry for over 25 years, I can offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to clients in my role as Client Services Director.

I build partnerships with clients, offering transparency throughout and delivering on everything we set out to achieve.

Experience and values:

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of roles at firms such as Herbert Smith, Womble Bond Dickinson and more recently working as IT Director at Ward Hadaway, a Top 100 UK law firm. I know what it’s like to be a customer of legal IT services, and I know exactly what clients look for in their IT partners.

I know that clients want first-class customer service, and I work to ensure that from implementation, right through to on-going support, our clients’ experience with us goes above and beyond their expectations. Clients expect honest advice and consultancy to ensure they are purchasing the right investment with their firm’s budget.

Communication is key, so I spend a lot of my time talking to clients and meeting with their teams, aligning our IT support and services with their business strategy. Working together, we create a secure system that changes, develops and grows with each client’s unique needs.

From a technical perspective, I am certified with industry standard qualifications, including PRINCE 2 and ITIL Service Management qualifications.
