After discovering an aptitude for IT at a young age, I have achieved several certifications and over 12 years of experience applying and growing technical knowledge in various sectors, both in-house and in MSP scenarios.
I encourage a strong focus on people, service delivery and knowledge sharing to provide the best experience possible for our customers, and our team.
Experience and values:
Since beginning my career in IT I’ve worked in a multitude of sectors (including education, gaming, medical, finance, shipping, insurance and legal). This experience has granted me great insights into the way technology can be utilised and implemented to benefit not only the external customers, but the internal personnel that make those industries great.
My experience in various sectors has allowed me to gain invaluable knowledge and insight into processes that make technology (and supporting it) successful. I strongly believe in leading by example, and firmly believe that this mantra extends to the technology and applications we use day-to-day.
In addition to this, I bring a keen eye for detail and a strong mindset for innovation, always seeking to improve and implement processes that benefit our team, and the end-user.
