Having worked in the IT sector for several years I have built up a vast knowledge of IT systems and processes whilst gaining several qualifications along the way. Coming from a customer service background has allowed me to really focus on client needs and build strong relationships with them.
I believe in being a team player and supporting others within our business whilst providing the best service delivery possible.
Experience and values:
Before starting my journey in IT, I worked for a leading insurance provider as a customer service representative. During my time there I was able to develop my skills and personality to allow me to really connect with customers and understand their needs. My confidence grew as well as my awareness of others which shaped the way in how I handle my job and provide the best level of service I can. I have a huge focus on ownership and responsibility and believe in applying these values to all work I undertake.
After taking the leap into IT some years ago I have Experienced working in fast paced demanding roles and demonstrated my ability to work well under pressure whilst staying true to my values.
