About the Role:

We require a Project Co-ordinator to help build and strengthen the professional implementation services we offer. The role will be based primarily from home but will include up to two days a week in our office in Norwich. It will involve the internal and external co-ordination of multiple projects in conjunction with the Project Manager. Full “on-the-job” and some external training will be offered around the software/solution aspects of our services.

The successful applicant will need to be a “self-starter” and demonstrate both excellent communication and organisational skills, have a general awareness of software and IT solutions and the desire to grow their skills and involvement within the business. Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach are also essential, as is the ability to review and adapt to internal and external changes.

 

Job details / benefits:

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm.
  • Salary: £26 to £30k per annum – based on experience
  • Holiday: 25 Days Annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Key responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of customer projects for both the customer, internal staff and other third parties.
  • Assist in the booking and administration of training.
  • Deliver regular updates to customers on the status of their project.
  • Organising and attending stakeholder meetings and taking minutes.
  • Create and update project plans (and the tasks/progress around it), key milestones, deliverables, and time/budget reports indicating risks where appropriate.
  • Liaise closely with the Tiger Eye technical team with deadlines etc. to ensure projects are kept on track.
  • Work closely with Client Services Director and existing Project Manager on the resourcing of engineers and continued process improvement suggestions.
  • Maintain and create documents/materials/documentation packs as used in projects undertaken by Tiger Eye, ensuring consistent branding and quality of client/internal facing materials.
  • Collation of statistical information such as project productivity levels.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Teams, Smartsheet and Cloud Based Software.
  • Keeping abreast of current industry and professional trends on project management.
  • Understanding of scheduling software and processes.
  • Ability to remain calm and “unflappable” during busy periods.
  • Previous experience within a project management role would be desirable.
  • PRINCE2 or similar recognised qualification would be advantageous but not essential.

About the Role:

We require an experienced Technical Support Analyst to help build and strengthen the support services we offer. Based mainly from home, with up to two days a week spent at our Norwich office, the role will involve a variety of activities including some software development, systems analysis and other general customer support tasks.

Other project objectives will also beset from time to time, to allow the role to develop further. Full on-the-job and some external training will be offered.

A drive to go above and beyond to provide an outstanding service to our customers is key to the role.The successful applicant will need to be a “self-starter” with a positive attitude, excellent communication and time management skills.

General technical knowledge and a passion to learn new skills is required.

A methodical approach in tandem with strong problem-solving skills are also essential.

Occasional business travel to assist clients on-site with system rollouts may be required.

 

Job Details/Benefits:

• Salary: £19,000 – £24,000 PA based on experience

About Tiger Eye

Tiger Eye specialise in implementing and supporting software solutions in the professional Services market.  We work predominantly with the iManage Work suite of Software products, specialising in Document and Email Management, and helping clients manage the knowledge contained within them. We have also developed our own range of software tools and products, including our own new Knowledge Management product for law firms, Tiger Eye Blueprint.

After a period of significant growth in the business, we now need an Admin Assistant to help within our Finance and Marketing departments. The role will be split between both teams and will allow us to continue building on our success by strengthening and growing the administrative support provided both internally to the business and externally to our customers.

The role will be based predominately from home but currently includes one day a week working at our Norwich office (this may increase over time.)  

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent communication (both oral and written) and organisational skills; be able to work accurately, with positivity and enthusiasm, and be keen to learn new skills.
