A warm welcome to Ruth Bartram, Tiger Eye’s new iManage Service Support Manager

Interview | 17th August 2026

At Tiger Eye, we continuously invest in our services to improve our client experience. One area of focus is our Proactive Platform Support package; an iManage service which continually advances in line with the ever-evolving iManage platform itself.

In July, we welcomed a new Service Support Manager to our iManage Support team, to expand our expertise, and help us to further improve how we share data and knowledge with clients.

Learn more about Ruth Bartram, our new Service Support Manager, in this brief interview. Read on to explore Ruth’s data-centric background and discover how this is already benefiting both Tiger Eye, and our clients.

Ruth, welcome to Tiger Eye! Can you please tell us a little about your background and the experience you’re bringing to the Tiger Eye Team?

My career in IT has focused on data and IT support, as part of larger teams and as a self-starter in different organisations. With this, I have an aptitude (and appreciation) for data analysis, as well as strong collaboration skills and a drive to continuously improve.

For the first two decades of my career in IT, I worked across a range of technical roles for different organisations, with a strong focus on IT support.

I then moved into a data management role at a local school, which gave me the opportunity immerse myself in all things data. Working with complex data sets and using my analytical skills sparked a passion I hadn’t realised I had. Keen to improve the way data was accessed and used across the school, I taught myself Power BI and created a centralised dashboard that brought pupil data together in one user-friendly view.

From there, I moved into team leadership roles, most recently managing a software development team. With this varied career, I feel I can bring much to this new role at Tiger Eye as the organisation continues to invest in and grow its iManage Support service.

What have your first impressions been since joining Tiger Eye’s iManage support team?

Ultimately, the role at Tiger Eye stood out to me because of its customer-focused approach, its emphasis on tailored, targeted support and the business’s overall collaborative culture. It was clear even during the interview process that every team member plays an important role in driving continuous improvement.

Since joining, everyone has been extremely welcoming, and Neil, the Head of Service Operations, has been sharing knowledge with me and helping me settle in. One thing I’ve found particularly refreshing is the team’s willingness to share knowledge. As someone with a background in knowledge sharing (having worked in data roles and in IT support more generally) this has made a strong first impression and I’ve immediately felt a part of the team here, with a shared ethos and approach.

It has been great to begin meeting Tiger Eye’s clients. While this is a gradual process, I have already seen how much clients value Tiger Eye’s proactive, reliable service and the partnerships built with firms over time (in many cases, over years of collaboration). I’m looking forward to helping maintain our incredibly high standards of client service, while, over time, identifying opportunities to strengthen and develop them further, leveraging my own skills and experience.

It has also been wonderful to see how the business lives the Tiger Eye values day to day. The iManage Support team are true Solutionists, going above and beyond to resolve issues fast and collaborate with multiple parties (including client’s MSPs) to drive progress. The whole business is All In for each other, supporting one another and acting as One Team in celebrating successes together.

What have you been focusing on in your first few weeks at Tiger Eye?

My first few weeks have been about learning, connecting with the team and understanding where I can deliver value both for the business and our clients.

From day one, my main area of focus has been getting to know the support team; meeting with individuals, understanding their strengths, uncovering trends in our current work and exploring how I can best assist our team to achieve more, together.

Alongside this, I have been delving into the world of iManage, as well as the Tiger Eye tools and integrations. Though iManage is somewhat new to me, I’ve worked (and supported) the Microsoft 365 suite extensively in previous roles. Given how iManage and Microsoft work in harmony together, this is helping me to understand the importance of the platform independently, as well as its role in the wider, connected technology estate.

I’ve also been shadowing Neil during client service review meetings, which has been a great way to learn more about Tiger Eye’s client base and how we currently analyse client support data. It’s been interesting to hear how we turn client experience into insights, recommendations and advice for firms.

There are a lot of changes and developments coming to iManage, which one are you most excited about?

While I’m still learning about the products, I’m particularly interested in iManage’s MCP connector, and the possibilities around AI integration for clients. This feels like a really positive path forwards for both Tiger Eye and our clients, keeping our systems up to date within a rapidly evolving industry. I’m also excited about the move towards cloud-based solutions, because I have seen first-hand how the Cloud offers flexibility for businesses of all shapes and sizes, underpinning secure and reliable ways of working.

Given my background in data, Tiger Eye Administrate is certainly something I’m excited about too, in providing organisations with easier ways to manage their information. Administrate’s deletion and movement capabilities make it easier for users to archive and delete unwanted data quickly, and given my background, I know how much easier it is to work with data which is clean, up to date and reliable.

Of course, data and AI go hand in hand, so it’s great that at Tiger Eye we can help clients across the entire journey; helping firms to become AI ready through better data management and also get the most out of knowledge and information through innovations like AI and MCP.

How will Tiger Eye’s iManage support service evolve with you as part of the team?

Tiger Eye already has strong foundations in the team, with trained specialists and a honed approach to service delivery. So, my first aim is simply to build on what is already in place.

For example, I’d like to support the team to gain a broader understanding of both Microsoft and Azure. In doing so, I think we can provide clients with a more enhanced, holistic service.

Over time, I’d like to draw on my data skills to help present support trends and client information more visually, to support decision making and make insights more accessible.

I’m also interested in exploring how we can better understand the client experience. I’ll be meeting with clients to gather their feedback, and this will tie into Tiger Eye’s ongoing programme for continuous improvement.
