London-based law firm Harbottle & Lewis approached Tiger Eye to manage the firm’s move to Cloud iManage (cloudimanage.com). The transition was key to give the firm access to the latest iManage innovations and features, which are only available via the Cloud iManage endpoint.
As with any project, the challenge was to ensure a seamless move, and manage the transition with minimal disruption to end users or business operations.
The iManage Cloud service transition process, managed by our team, involved a range of tasks and responsibilities to ensure a seamless migration, including data remediation, project management, technical configurations and testing.
Our iManage specialists also worked with Harbottle & Lewis to review other applications and integrations used in tandem with iManage, suggesting improvements where necessary to ensure systems worked effectively in the new endpoint.
The Tiger Eye team then managed the migration and tested the new endpoint, before delivering training on the platform from a system administrator perspective, covering key areas such as changes to the iManage Control Centre.
Now Harbottle & Lewis is actively using cloudimanage.com, the firm has access to a host of benefits available enabled through the Microsoft Azure platform and iManage and Microsoft’s close-knit ‘Better Together’ partnership.
Specific new features include AI (through Ask iManage, Insight+ and AI enrichment), CoPilot capabilities and iManage Co-authoring and the Microsoft Teams and iManage integration. Our team continues to provide ongoing platform support to the firm in the cloud, enabling Harbottle & Lewis to drive value from the iManage Cloud platform and effectively adopt new cloud-enabled innovations.
