Full Service iManage Partner Tiger Eye has welcomed two new members of staff to the organisation’s client engagement division, bolstering the team as Tiger Eye’s client base continues to grow.
Andrew Procter joins Tiger Eye from RBRO, where he was Head of Sales. Procter has a range of experience in the world of legal technology, having also worked at InfoTrack and Legal Bricks. Procter’s new role as Client Engagement Director will focus on supporting Tiger Eye’s clients to unleash the potential of the iManage platform, including AI features and benefits unlocked through iManage’s close partnership with Microsoft. Procter will also support firms as they build upon the platform through Tiger Eye’s solutions and services.
Zain Moughal also joins Tiger Eye this month, having worked previously at both Ascertus (now Harbor) and Litera, as well as in-house at Ashurst. Moughal joins Tiger Eye as Account Manager, where he will enable clients to enhance the iManage platform, through services, add-ons and integrations. With Moughal’s technical experience, he will also work closely with Tiger Eye’s support team to help firms to ensure their DMS remains in line with best practices.
Commenting on Procter and Moughal’s move to Tiger Eye, Dave Wilson, Chief Innovation Officer (and Founder) at Tiger Eye, added: “As firms move to the cloud, the importance of having a strong iManage partner relationship becomes even more pertinent. The cloud unlocks a range of benefits and new add-ons, but to make the most of this, it is critical to work closely with an iManage Partner on training, change management and adoption, and refining processes to drive continuous improvement. Andrew and Zain are a great addition to our team, their experience, knowledge and strategic skillsets are valuable to our team but most importantly to our clients. Working closely with our Client Success team, they will help our firms to make the most of the vast array of benefits available via the iManage Cloud.”
