Tiger Eye, the legal technology specialist dedicated to Harnessing Knowledge and Unleashing Potential has announced that it has been selected as the iManage Cloud Partner for UK professional services group Gateley. As Gateley’s iManage Cloud migration and support provider, Tiger Eye will migrate the group’s documents, emails and knowledge to the iManage Cloud later this year, and deliver iManage Cloud Support services post-migration. Once in the Cloud, Tiger Eye will also enable and optimise a range of Cloud-enabled add-ons. As part of the project, Gateley will also adopt Tiger Eye’s DocuSign and iManage integration to streamline workflows and make the “send-sign-save” process more secure.
Gateley selected the iManage Cloud following a full review of all cloud-based document management systems, as the business was driven to take full advantage of the wide range of cloud-only innovations available. The iManage Cloud will reduce IT overheads for Gateley’s IT team, with no on-site server management and system updates automatically delivered to users. The AI-enabled iManage Cloud platform will also provide Gateley’s team of over 1600 staff with access to game-changing features including Ask iManage, co-authoring and tight integrations across the Microsoft Ecosystem.
Tiger Eye was chosen by Gateley following a full competitive review of all UK-based iManage Partners. The process included technical deep-dives, best practice recommendations and collaborative workshops to prepare for the large-scale project.
Gateley is a purpose-led organisation with a strong focus on responsible business practices and supporting the community as well as the environment. In 2015, Gateley became the first full-service UK law firm to list on the stock market, transitioning into a professional services group which now delivers a broad range of services including legal services, building advisory services, leadership consultancy and IP advisory services.
Gateley’s iManage Cloud migration is due to be completed in Q4 2025.
Nick Capell, IT Director at Gateley, commented:
“Delivering the benefits of iManage Cloud is important for us, so we ran a comprehensive selection process to identify the best partner. Tiger Eye’s approach and track record particularly impressed us – and we are very happy with the progress made to-date. Tiger Eye’s level of engagement and delivery confidence has been very strong, as has their willingness to explore new ideas”.
Sam Hudson, Chief Growth Officer at Tiger Eye, added:
“Cloud momentum continues to grow as firms look to not only reduce IT overheads, but take advantage of the ever-growing range of Cloud-only features available for collaboration and productivity, including AI-enabled tools.”
