Leading national law firm Foot Anstey has announced the firm’s selection of the AI-enabled iManage Cloud knowledge work platform, which will be implemented, supported and built upon by iManage Cloud Partner Tiger Eye.
As Foot Anstey’s iManage Cloud migration and support provider, Tiger Eye will migrate the firm’s 45 million documents, emails and knowledge to the iManage Cloud later this year from the firm’s on premises iManage environment.
Once in the Cloud, Tiger Eye will also provide ongoing Proactive Platform Support for iManage and enable and optimise a range of add-ons. As part of the project, Foot Anstey will also adopt Tiger Eye Administrate, Tiger Eye’s modular data management solution for iManage.
Foot Anstey’s selection of the iManage Cloud platform is part of a firmwide digital transformation strategy, which includes a move away from private cloud environments towards software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms for greater security, agility and cost-efficiency. After reviewing available document management systems, iManage Cloud was selected to reduce the overheads of an on-premise solution while empowering employees with market-leading collaboration features such as Co-Authoring, the iManage and Microsoft Teams integration and Ask iManage: a powerful natural language assistant built within the DMS.
Tiger Eye was chosen by Foot Anstey as the firm’s iManage Cloud migration provider and ongoing iManage Partner given the vendor’s reputation, dedicated iManage focus and experience with similar large-scale iManage Cloud migrations for national organisations such as AMPA, Gateley and Mills & Reeve.
Foot Anstey is a UK Top 100 law firm headquartered in the South-West of England. The firm has a network of eleven offices, with over 700 staff working together as one national team to provide specialist legal advice and services to regional, national and international clients, including both businesses and individuals. The firm’s iManage Cloud migration will be completed in Q3 2026.
