Tiger Eye Partner with Knowledge Network UK for KM Lunch and Learn Event

Tiger Eye are delighted to partner with Helene Russell, Knowledge Management author, consultant and owner of The Knowledge Business, for a lunch and learn event on the 2nd November 2021. Members of The Knowledge Network UK (additional guests welcome) will learn about the process many law firms take when building on document management technologies with knowledge-specific solutions such as those for curation and searching. 

During the session titled 'From DMS to KMS: Using technology to enhance knowledge engagement', Tiger Eye will explore the ways in which document management systems such as iManage can support knowledge management and offer an insight into other DMS-integrated KM technologies. Combining real life examples with best practice, the talk will discuss Tiger Eye’s ‘iManage Knowledge Journey’ highlighting the process many firms take from using iManage, to adopting curation tools such as Tiger Eye Blueprint, before incorporating search-based solutions and A.I. including tools such as iManage RAVN Insight. The journey will explore potential ways to use the DMS for basic knowledge categorisation, before discussing ways to avoid information overload through user submission and curation of knowledge.
