Tiger Eye Share New Guide: Making the Most of iManage in 2024

Tiger Eye, a leading full-service iManage Partner, has released a new guide for the legal sector, featuring actionable insights for iManage users to help them to ‘make the most of iManage’. The comprehensive, free-to-access guide provides support on each aspect of the transition from legacy iManage systems (such as DeskSite and FileSite) to Work 10 and/or the cloud (in light of iManage’s End of Life announcement for DeskSite and FileSite), and includes a concise checklist that summarises the necessary steps firms must take to protect their document and email management system (DMS) and manage associated workflows.

Whilst many firms have already made the necessary change to Work 10 or the Cloud, the helpful guide breaks down the potential knock-on impact of these changes on add-ons, integrations and processes (such as automated workflows). Within the guide, Tiger Eye explore how firms can optimise iManage, and ensure any add-ons, integrations and connected systems (such as knowledge management systems) are futureproofed in light of changes to the iManage API. Featuring a helpful checklist, the guide is designed to help firms manage the transition comprehensively, avoiding any potential disruption to technology enabled workflows.
