Tiger Eye Expands Team To Support Increased Demand For iManage Products and Services

Press Announcement | 23rd April 2024

With continued expansion in the EMEA and APAC regions, Tiger Eye, a UK-based full service iManage Partner, has grown a number of key teams since January 2024, with new hires joining in both client-facing and business services departments. This follows Tiger Eye’s announcement that the company achieved 48% year on year (YOY) growth in 2023, with over 20% of the UK Top 200 firms now relying on Tiger Eye for iManage services such as technical support.

Tiger Eye provides document, email and knowledge technology solutions to law firms worldwide, with a focus on the iManage document and email management platform.

Two key strategic hires have been made for Tiger Eye’s iManage Professional Services Team, to support the increased demand for Tiger Eye’s iManage project services including cloud migrations and transitions to cloudimanage.com.

Harvey Stirling joins the iManage Professional Services Team as iManage Professional Services Consultant. Stirling moves to Tiger Eye from D Young & Co, a leading intellectual property law firm, where Stirling managed the in-house development and support of systems including Inprotech (secure IP management software) and iManage. Stirling has more than 15 years’ experience of working with law firms on data migrations, including working as Solutions Architect for Inprotech implementations with CPA (now Clarivate). At Tiger Eye, Stirling will work alongside other consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality technological advice to Tiger Eye’s growing customer base, with a core focus on providing tailored advice to IP firms.

This month (April 2024) Andrew Terry has also joined the iManage Professional Services Team as an iManage Professional Services Consultant, moving from Virtual Cabinet to the iManage Partner. As well as providing iManage expertise (alongside other consultants), Terry will use his wealth of experience in document management technologies to support Tiger Eye’s customer base with their wider document workflows.

Tiger Eye’s iManage Support team has also grown, and four new hires have also been brought in to strengthen the organisation’s Client Success, New Business and Account Management divisions.

Commenting on the expansion of the team, CEO, Dave Wilson, added: “The demand for our products and services continues to build, with firms seeking premium iManage expertise before they embark on key business transformations. From transitioning to cloudimanage.com, to implementing security add-ons, firms need to be able to rely on comprehensive, in-depth technical expertise in order to understand these changes and manage projects effectively. We are delighted that in addition to their technical experience, our newcomers also share the same passion for customer service excellence that drives the rest of the team at Tiger Eye.”
